Changing Email Address

I forgot the email address for my Mos Net Order account.

After entering the new email address and accessing the link sent to me, I received the following error: "We cannot change your email address. Please try changing your email address again."

What do I need to do when I change my email address?

I have not received the email to change my email address.

I was unable to change my email address due to the following error: "We cannot change your email address either because the process is already complete or the link you were sent has expired."
