If you are logged in to your account on the Mos Net Order website, please select "Cancel Account" from "Manage Member Profile" found on "My Page." After logging in to the official Mos Burger website, select "Cancel Account" on the "Cancel Account" page. The cancellation process is complete after you select "Cancel Account."

You may receive promotional emails from the official Mos Burger website after you have cancelled your account for a period of one week. If you continue to receive the emails past that time, please contact Customer Support.
