I added a d Point card to my account in the past, but my awarded points are not reflected on the d Point card.

If you do not see your d Point balance on either the top of the main Mos Net Order page or on "My Page" and instead see "d Points: Please authenticate," your d Point account is no longer linked with the Mos Net Order website. Please click or tap on "Please authenticate" and after the d Account log in page appears enter your d Account ID and password, then click or tap on "Log in."

*The Mos Net Order website and d Point accounts are automatically unlinked after a certain amount of time has passed since they were linked.
Unless you relink them yourself as explained above, you will not be given d Points when you place an order.

Please confirm that your existing d Point balance is shown on the top of the main Mos Net Order page or on "My Page" before placing an order.
