I have a coupon number but do not know how to claim it.

In addition to coupons issued on the Mos Net Order website, you may also use paper coupons that state they may be used for mobile orders. All other discount coupons that do not state they may be used for mobile orders, vouchers for free items and other kinds of coupons and tickets may not be used with mobile orders (excluding coupons issued on the Mos Net Order website).

Claiming a coupon from the "Coupon List" (website and app)

1. After logging in, please select "Coupons" at the top of the main page or tap "Review and Claim Coupons" from "My Page" in the app.
2. On the Coupon List page, please enter the coupon number in the "Enter Coupon Number" box, then click or tap the "Claim Coupon" button.
3. Your coupon is now added to your coupon list. Please click or tap the "Apply Coupon" button.
4. Please go to your cart. Having confirmed the coupon has been applied, please check out.

Claiming a coupon from your cart

1. Please enter the coupon number in the "Enter Coupon Number" box at the bottom of the cart page, then click or tap "Review and Claim Coupons."
2. Having confirmed that the coupon has been applied, please check out.
